Baptized

Baptized members are those persons who have been baptized in the Name of the Trinue God (Father, Son and Holy Spirit), as we confess Him in the Apostles' Creed.  Infants and children are baptized and then taught the faith, so that they confess Jesus as Savior and Lord.  Adults are taught the faith, so that they confess Jesus as Savior and Lord and then are baptized.

Communicant (Confirmed)

Communicant (or Confirmed) members are those persons who have been baptized and taught the doctrines of the Bible.   After completion of instruction these people are given the opportunity to publically confess that they believe what the Lutheran Church and this congregation believes.  Communicant members have the privilage of receiving the Lords Supper.

Voting

Voting members are those Communicant members who, having reached the age of 18, have registered, and can vote at the Voters' meetings.  Voters are those persons who can establish congregational policy, establish the operating budget, decide on matters of buying or selling property and extend Calls to staff members (Pastors & Teachers).

Voters' meetings are conducted at least 3 times each year.
